RETURN POLICY

At BelleCelestia.com, we stand by our products 110%, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty on all orders at absolutely no cost. On top of that, if you wish to return your hearing aids or receive a refund, you can do so for up to 120 days after purchase—no questions asked!

SECTION 1 – APPLICABILITY

This Return Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship our products. This includes all customers from the countries, states, and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought at the BelleCelestia website are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you have received a damaged product, you may also return it under certain conditions.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. This policy has been written using simple language and simple words.

SECTION 2 – TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange within 120 days from the date of delivery. If 120 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund or exchanges. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND

In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Please email us at admin@bellecelestia.com and talk to our customer support to initiate the return procedure.
  2. The item being returned must have been bought from our website. We will require the order number as proof.
  3. The item must be complete with accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging without any damage.
  4. The return request must be initiated within 120 days after the product has been delivered to you.
  5. You must return the product to the address specified by our customer support. DO NOT send it back to the address provided on the product packaging.
  6. Any item you have received and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you send your item back using a tracked and insured delivery service.
  7. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with returning items to us.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at admin@bellecelestia.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product via email. After verifying the damage, we will ship you a new replacement product within 3 to 5 business days.

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY POLICY

  • Our devices come with a 12-month warranty.
  • If your product arrives and does not work or function correctly, we will send you a replacement 100% free.
  • This warranty covers a maximum of 3 replacements within one year from the date you received your order.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product.
  • After two replacements are issued, you have the option for store credit.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is directed toward customers to inform them about our refund policy. This policy applies to customers who have purchased products from the website of BelleCelestia™.

Refunds can only be claimed for products purchased from BelleCelestia’s website.

2.1. If The Product Has Never Arrived

The customer will be awarded a full refund as a buyer protection guarantee if the product has not been received 120 days after order placement.

2.2. Refund Claim Instead of Replacement

You can request a refund if you have returned the product and prefer a refund instead of a replacement or store credit.

2.3. Refund Request Within First 12 Hours After Order Placement

If you request a refund within the first 12 hours of receiving the product (or canceling your order), the refund will be issued in 3 to 5 days.

2.4. Refund Claim After Filing Return for Any Reason

If you initiated the return within 120 days of receiving the product and want a full refund, you will be given a full refund.

2.5. Received a Damaged Item

You will be awarded a full refund if you have received a damaged product.

2.6. Refund Claims During Warranty Period

Your money will be refunded if there is a defect in your product within 12 months of receiving it. Note: The refund will only be issued if we are unable to fix the damage and are out of replacement products.
